Bio

Born in Chicago, I relocated to the U.S. in 2014 after many years working as an Draftsman & Asst. Art Director in the UK. I have worked in Europe,  Africa, The Middle East, Australasia & Asia. I currently reside in Los Angeles CA and am a member of the I.A.T.S.E. Local 800 as a Set Designer.  I am networking both domestically and internationally for my next project.

I have 23 years experience in the Film Industry. I undertook my apprenticeship in film drafting on the latter Harry Potter films. I started my training by hand, learning classic principles of draftsmanship. I have found having this experience invaluable when approaching film drawings in all forms of media.

My skills include:

• 3D Modeling RHINOCEROS / SKETCHUP

• 2D / 3D CAD Drafting RHINOCEROS / VECTORWORKS

• Hand Pencil Drafting

• White Card & Foam Board Model-making.

I recognize the importance of the digital world within the Art Dept. The integration between the Art Dept. and Visual Effects is growing ever more important & I feel it imperative that we do our utmost to keep up to date with the ever changing digital landscape of film design.
